What I love most about Agile and Scrum is the fact that the focus always remains on making business happy, while minimizing development stress on the team. Sprints help refocus every few weeks and celebrate small successes, keep morale high. At the same time progression is transparent to management and business alike.
In essence, you get to make your client happy every two or three weeks.
I have experience in working in Scrum, SAFE and Kanban-like way of working in small projects (single small team, for example AEGON) as well in large scale enterprise projects (10+ teams, for example DUO).
